1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 7laro6 platform (the "Platform"), including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein, you ("the User," "you," or "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of 7laro6, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of 7laro6, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not self-excluded from gambling services, whether through 7laro6's own self-exclusion program or any applicable regulatory exclusion list.

7laro6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Any person who is under 21 years of age and attempts to register or use the Platform is strictly prohibited from doing so. 7laro6 takes underage gambling seriously and employs active monitoring measures to detect and prevent it.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of 7laro6, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the 7laro6 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You agree to notify 7laro6 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 7laro6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

7laro6 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the 7laro6 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following general terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method.
• 7laro6 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (e.g., GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank) may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7laro6 bears no responsibility.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. 7laro6 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 8:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST).
• 7laro6 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your 7laro6 account. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

7laro6 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 7laro6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional systems, or in violation of these Terms will be forfeited.
• Players who have made a withdrawal request while a bonus is active may have the bonus and associated winnings removed from their account.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 7laro6 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. The results of all games are final and binding.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 7laro6 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 7laro6 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Specific rules for each game (including baccarat, bingo, slots, fishing games, and live dealer games) are available within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7laro6 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained through such means must be reported and will be forfeited;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Allowing any third party to use your account, or using another player's account;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's operation or other players' experience.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7laro6 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7laro6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 7laro6.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7laro6 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

7laro6's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7laro6 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7laro6 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

7laro6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or e-wallet provider;
• At your own request, including voluntary self-exclusion;
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon termination for cause, 7laro6 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player fault, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Responsible Gaming
